The location of this hotel is perfect, right next to Canary pier and the river. You can easily access it by Ferry and it's close to the tube station. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have a large picture window offering stunning views over Canary Wharf. The bathrooms are well-appointed with large soaking tubs and high-quality towels. The service is exceptional, with attentive staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The breakfast is delicious, with options like omelettes and porridge. the hotel offers great facilities and advantages for a pleasant stay.

The communication with the night staff reception can be poor and rude, which can be disappointing.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel facilities, including the luxury health club with an infinity pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and gym. The staff, especially Jay at check-in, were friendly and helpful, setting a great tone for our stay. The location on Westferry Circus was perfect, with beautiful views of the river and easy access to transportation, including the Uber water taxi.

The pool at Canary Riverside Plaza was fine. I was amazed by the size and cleanliness of the pool area. The pictures I had seen online did not do it justice. The water was crystal clear and the atmosphere was so relaxing. It was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The pool area was also quiet and not overly crowded, a pleasant surprise. The staff at the pool were very friendly and accommodating, always ensuring that guests had everything they needed. The room was beautifully decorated and very clean, providing a comfortable stay during the Christmas period. The staff at the hotel were cute and helpful, making us feel well taken care of. From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in for a truly luxurious stay. the exclusive amenities and personalized service made us feel pampered and special. the Spa & wellness centre is impeccable, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room. the Spa lounge, treatment room, and beauty treatments were outstanding. We especially enjoyed the heated swimming pool and the gorgeous garden area. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were fantastic, with in-room breakfast and special diet menus available.

The only minor issue we experienced was with the Wi-Fi, which was spotty and sometimes not working. this was easily resolved by finding a different area in the hotel to work.
